After 25, 15 and 10 years respectively of practice in leading international law firms, we decided on 2020 to create an ambitious practice for our clients; where independence, pragmatism, flexibility and dialogue are at the heart of our relationship with them.
This strong experience enables us to offer the expertise and rigour required by our clients.
Since the creation of Harvest, we put our expertise at the service of our clients through a dynamic and agile structure adapted to the evolution of the business.
Harvest combines the sophistication of an international law firm with the flexibility and cost control of a human-sized structure, animated by a “boutique” spirit.
We are a tight and coherent team consisting of three partner lawyers (Didier Grégoire, Adrien Lanotte and Guillaume Beauthier) and their collaborators. The size of our firm allows us to provide high-quality and personalized assistance to our clients.
Our practice is focused on business law and more particularly on corporate law, tax, financial services and real estate.
We have chosen a tight and coherent practice and team. This allows us to provide state-of-the-art support, as close as possible to relations with client.
The practices of the firm complement each other and interact daily, guaranteeing a deep and transversal understanding of the cases and needs of our clients. Indeed, our horizontal way of working is key to provide pluridisciplinary support combining corporate and fiscal considerations.
Furthemore, to deal with issues of foreign law or outside our field of competence, we collaborate with leading partners with whom we have been working for many years.
We are more than our clients’ lawyers, we are their partners. Following a common strategy defined by our clients’ needs, we form a team with them to achieve the goals we set together.
A thorough knowledge of the activities of our clients, their organisation, their teams, the risks inherent in their businesses and their needs and objectives enables us to provide the best possible assistance for them in defining their strategy. This thoroughness is also key to understand and identify as partners the challenges they face.
In addition to the pleasure of collaborating on a daily basis in the management of cases, the lawyers of the firm share common values, such as respect for others, transparency and benevolence. These values permeate the life of the firm every day.
