Chloé Godfroid is a lawyer in the tax law department. She advises clients on Belgian and foreign aspects of their operations.

She specialises in direct taxation (corporate and personal income tax) and she handles cases of reorganisation such as mergers, demergers and transfer of activities. She also works on wealth organisation.

She has developed a considerable expertise in tax litigation and is active in both the administrative phase and the judicial phase of the cases.

Chloé also advises the clients on the VAT impact of their operations and on related risks. As a matter of fact, she teaches VAT to the second-year students of the accounting degree at EPHEC (Brussels).

Chloé studied at the Free University of Brussels (master in Law) and then completed an Executive master on tax management (Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management).

After several years working in law firms specialised in tax law, Chloé joined Harvest in 2023.
